CAMA Annual Meeting & Seminar: Affordable Housing: What to Do If You Don't Meet Your 10%

CAMA held its annual meeting on Friday, June 14, 2019 at Waterbury City Hall.


A staff member from CCM provided a report on the pertinent outcomes of the 2019 legislative session.


This affordable housing seminar included discussion on:

  • steps that a municipality should take once it receives an application for affordable housing and related issues
  • steps that a municipality should take to monitor affordable housing units to ensure that the units remain affordable within the meaning of the statute
  • small town (vs. larger urban projects) affordable solutions, challenges, funding, and housing choices

CAMA Presents: Supreme Court of the United States Midterm Update for Connecticut Municipal Attorneys Webinar

This webinar was held on Friday, March 22, 2018.


The US Supreme Court has a full bench and a full docket of cases of interest to municipal attorneys. Not only will the Court be hearing its first major gun case in a decade and two partisan gerrymandering cases, the Court will decide a number of more routine employment, land use, religion in public spaces, and Section 1983 cases.
